Hello Nikki

I'm sorry your having to deal with all this but the morning anxiety is very common. All you can do is try n distract yourself. Do deep breathing. Breathe in through your nose for 2 then out through your mouth for 4

Go outside get some air or try reading a book. Writing in my journal helps me a lot.

Hope you find something that works for you :)

Hello there and welcome. I'm sorry you are going through a rough time right now. Take it 1 day at a time. Panic attacks are scary and thinking about them too much can often trigger one. Try and find something that relaxes you, a nice walk, bath, talking to a friend, meditation, etc. I wish I could say there is an easy fix, but the reality is that there isn't. It's important to know that you will be ok, you just have to find what works for you to ease your anxiety.
