Just need to speak to someone who suffers with severe anxiety and suffers with the crazy symptoms

Hi thank you for replying I am not too bad at the moment I just need to spk to someone about the symptoms I have I pretty much no its anxiety but sometimes its hard to believe the things I feel are down to anxiety

Talk about what your feeling sometimes letting it out helps.

Don't hold back even if you think they are "crazy"

It will help you recognize what's really going on :)

I do I find it helps me when I am speaking to someone who is also going threw the same kind of things helps me think the head aches I have are really just down to anxiety not down to the brain tumor that I once thought I had lol can I ask what are the symptoms you have

I went through a period were I thought my headaches were from brain tumors lol

I get a lot of chest anxiety and the latest it's my legs bruising type of pains numbness and coldness and it's all been said by various doctors it anxiety.

Shortness of breath, the headaches and jaw pain.

Everyone will experience something different :(

Symptoms vary from person to person, go to wwwaniextycentre.com. There is list it's pretty lengthy . Also if you tube Elkhart tolle or mooji they will tell you how to overcome any situation, just scroll until you find your topic. Pretty interesting.

Hi, I've had anxiety since I was 7 and am now 61. It's been a rough road and now after about 9 years of being symptom free, I find it's reared it's ugly head again. Much has happened though in the last year and I'm not surprised to much. (I go back to my psychiatrist in a few days to hopefully update my meds). When I was at my worst my symptoms were many. Tension headaches so bad my vision was blurry, chest tightness very uncomfortable, cold feet, shaky a lot, lack of concentration, trouble reading, driving or watching tv, lack of appetite, crying a lot, general feeling of not coping at all, had to force myself to do even simple chores, would sit on the bed and cry for half an hour before I could make it etc probably lots more. This time it's just a general feeling of not coping, dry mouth, upset easily and cry, feeling a bit out of it all. I actually push myself now through these feelings. I read the book by Dr Claire Weekes who said 'just float' until it goes away. I can do this sometimes but others I need to move. I like my house absolutely spotless and everything up to date; washing, ironing etc so I now make myself do it. I've started a part time job because I had to fill in some time during the day. Lucky it's Monday - Friday 2-5pm and I love it. My husband has retired so he is here if I need him. He does not really understand my problem and is sometimes harsh with me but at the end of the day, he holds me tight. I'm trying to deal with a lot of family issues. Out of my 4 children (all in their 30's - one is 41), only my eldest son talks to me and loves me. I also don't really like to socialise or go out much until I feel better. I have a strict routine which helps me during the week days and I find sticking to that before work prepares me to cope at work. I'm a bit of a mess at the moment but working on it. Hope this helps you a bit.

Hi cloejoe

Everyone on here suffers from anxiety amongst other illnesses. what are your symptoms? We're all here to help and offer advise :-)

My crazy symptoms are mostly. Racing heart adrenalin rushes in chest. Tight short of breath and dizzyness lol. Sucks.

Hi cloejoe I'm feeling the same at the moment I'm anxious because I'm supposed to be going out for a meal with my friends and the more I think about I don't want to go .i start to get breathless and I think why do I put myself through it why don't I just say I'm not going .any suggestions please.
