The past 3-4 months I am majorly suffering from nighttime anxiety, all of sudden I have a huge fear of dying instantly at night, which in my head would be from a heart attack, and leaving my 5 year old alone by herself, I have no idea why all of a sudden this has started but I also get pains in my arm, shoulder and jaw and with ANY pain on my left side or chest it is automatically a heart attack and I am going to die, at least that's what in my head...its beyond stressful and I never was like this before and now it's like a complete 180 from how I was even a year ago. I start getting worried in the evening bc I know night time is coming and it's starting to control my life, I feel crazy sometimes like I don't even recognize myself anymore.....
