Update on my life and how I'm feeling at the moment..

Well its been really good life that is Ive been working for about a month and I love my new job its construction we deal with gas and we basically lay new pipe in the ground and its very psychically demanding which i never thought a year ago I would be doing this kind of stuff i was scared too get a job and start something new and look at me now working from 7 too 3:30 getting up around 530 in the morning and Im still doing my mixed martial arts on Mon,Wed,Fridays, well my side pain in my back is still there it hurts me somedays and others i can tolerate it and continue my day without even acknowledging it so i guess thats progress :PI feel ehh right now my head feels weird and stomach is rather upset I'm tired I know that for a fact I haven't been taking any of my meds lately but maybe i shouldn't cold turkey it maybe ill take it tonight but life has been good and my anxiety is there but its hard too tell now whats anxiety too me i kinda been brushing it off lately and not caring and going on with my day I love this site if i didn't join and express all those lonely nights and panic attacks idk if I would be where I'm at right now thank you everyone for your support lets continue too fight this battle and take control of our lives no matter how many times we get knocked down we always get up and keep moving forward and make progress i hope everyone is doing well stay positive and be strong even when its dark and you don't know where too go just know you'll find the light if you keep moving…. god bless everyone.

Can I recommend that you don't just stop your medication it's not good for your body hence the pain in your stomach.

It's good that you are doing well and have a decent job, its the same as what my dad don't now he's the regional manager of a well known oil company. Stick in it will pay out in the end.

Try get to your doctor's for a chat it will be good 're the medication (could Turkey).
