Well I have ocd and health anxiety and bc of that I'm freaking myself out about my health. I've been looking on the internet for hours. Haven't went to bed yet. I'm convinced that I have this disease/illness and I'm freaking out. I'm starting to get symptoms of this disease and I'm freaking out. I seriously don't know what to do.
I don't have a gp. My insurance is on file and it's going through progress now. So I'm not on meds and I haven't seen my gp since November. We'll idk what to belueve anymore. I'm stuck.
I actually don't feel any better. I feel worse. I took a nap and I had a dream about my bf getting the symptoms I've read online about the disease and I woke up in so much anxiety. I'm still feeling the anxiety. I'm actually much worse.
