..
I think with anxiety anything goes,I feel nauseas and dizzy but just let it pass,so it might be the same for you,as I say,I think anything goes,a lot of various symptoms I have had for a few years I now put down to anxiety.hope you have a good night.
Thank you Lindlou. I just feel so terrible sometimes like I get short of breath and it just startled me. Because before my stent I didn't have these problems and I didn't even know what a Widowmaker was. it just seems like it's been such a slow process for me too feel better. I thought line on the table when they were putting in my stent. maybe it just takes a while until I start feeling better. Thank you and have a blessed day.
Yes, don't worry it's normal.
It's part of the primative "fight or flight" syndrome.
Your body is preparing it's self to either fight an oncoming sabra tooth tiger or run very fast in the opposite direction. In order to run fast your body needs to be lighter, hence yr mad dash to the 'loo!!!
Try to focus on your breathing and just let the feelings peak and then pass.
Don't fight it. If you fight your body releases more adrenalin so the symptoms get worse not better.
It takes a bit but you can get through this.
Best Wishes

thank you and God bless.
thank you and God bless.
If you are already under the care of a cardiologist it is worth bringing up to the doctor. It could be a sign of dehydration or low blood pressure. These are signs of syncope which in medical terms is a fainting condition. The symptoms can bring about anxiety. I hope you get to feeling better soon!
thank you I have a cardiologist and they're going to do a stress test very soon.
with a true anxiety attack you call an AMBULANCE you feel that you are dying you cant breathe normally you cant walk in short you are a mess and need help/YES it does pass with no meds but takes time by which time you partner needs your bed.i understand you are feeling lousy but GOOGLE is a very bad tool
what do you mean, Google is a bad tool? I know I just get really scared when my body starts feeling different things that I'm not used to. I wish sometimes that I never had the stent put in but I had no choice. I even flatlined on the table and it seems like since then I just can't get to feeling better. Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it. Anything helps.
This is not necessarily true. Panic attacks are different for each of us. Not only that, but a panic attack can feel like a heart attack once, and just an extreme sense of loss of control the next. I still think she needs to see her cardiologist, it may just be anxiety from the heart attack, but it could also be problems regulating her blood pressure. Which does cause faintness, dizziness, nausea, panic, and sometimes loss of bowel control. You might also check out stars-uk.org
I'm sorry I don't know anything about stents but I would say rushing to the loo and feeling really nauseous can be symptoms of a panic attack. I assume you will have outpatient appointments re your stent so I would ask at the hospital. If symptoms are very bad in the meantime perhaps you should ring your GP.
MR
Have always had this identical symptom so don't worry, like most other things with anxiety treadmill it goes away if you come to terms with it. I never feel nauseous - just faint to the point of total collapse and, of course, death! Was on the throne the other day and realised it hasn't happened for some time - but any minute now!
Sometimes in the morning when I wake up...i cannot take a deep breath for a while...What is that?
