i have been battling with dizziness for a few years.it feels like i am gonna pass out.went on holiday recently but just couldnt wait to get back home.was edgy and out of control.now i have an upset tummy with nausea

HI Charles, I to suffer with dizziness as a side effect of anxiety. However it could be also due to a number of other reasons such as tiredness or lack of iron or vitamins n the system even vertigo, maybe a trip to the gp to rule these out x The upset stomach is also a side effect of anxiety as we become so tense with the anxious feeling and our bodies prepare for flight or fight x Hope you feel better soon x Donver x

Been to a few drs .ran tests and came up with nothing.

Says it can only be anxiety. I usually take a multi vitamin and my blood count is normal.
