Hi all,
Home now had a bad evening yesterday with real bad dizziness, but I survived!!
I have decided that I need to change my lifestyle a bit so cutting the crap out the diet and walking for at least 30 mins every day... Nothing major but I, hoping to loose a bit of weight and feel better I'm general.
Also I need to be a size 10 for my wedding dress!!
Now one thing I wanted to ask was I seem to struggle with my blood sugar levels and my anxiety... I get most my anxious spells just before dinner and lunch... When this happens I normally just have a twix or mars ans d start to feel better... Obviously I don't think that's the best solution so wasn't sure if anyone had any good tips? Xx
