Yes it does me sometimes, I only have one in the morning, half a cup sometimes, then switch to decaff xxx

Hiya im glad youve had some good posts in response.I thinking everyone knows doing something is better than doing nothing and best way to beat our fears is by confronting them...that saidnot so easy.i often find myself so unmotivated and tired,lethargic to run,go sauna etc.but in my heart i know by doin a little helps.i bought a new baby hamster other day after other died.was gutted and turned to diazepam stupidly to numb sadnesss.im gettin bk on top tho.hey we are all here to support each other xxx
