ok so im all ready to go out and I cannot get myself to leave!
- I feel dizzy I could fall/pass out
- the feeling of being so open scares me
- I get overwhelming urge to be sick
The dizziness bothering me most as im feeling it now, im just getting angry with myself that I cannot leave
wasting the day sat here worrying urgh!

You are trying & thats all we can do & thats more than some , so feel proud
Take some deep breaths , maybe dont go as far as you were going to , any steps outside will be a positive
If you dont make it today , well , maybe tomorrow , see how you feel , in your own time

Hey Hun Iam trying exposure therapy and as a result I feel Iam going backwards instead of forwards. I went a short walk with the dog on Friday and I had chest pain dizziness fear and palps but I done it lol I didn't feel good after as I had pain all day and convinced myself again it's my Heart. That lead me to google to read things I shouldn't ruining the day/night so not sure it helps me but doing as I have been asked xxx
Hiya,I use to have that,but not anymore.all I can say is have a dont give a shit attitude as ur body will feel more relaxed.whats the worst that can happen.... U will be sick or faint that's it that's the worst.and it won't happen anxiety is all in the mind,it's a rubbish feeling but think positive set urself a little goal,I did like walk to end of the road and walk that extra bit each day this will build your confidence and prove that nothing bad will happen.x
Hi all just an update, thankyou for all your support, I didn't manage to go out in the end, but like you said there is tomorrow.
ive seen positives today,, as a couple days back I couldn't eat wouldn't drink and wouldn't even think about getting ready to go out. Today Ive done all of that, 3 meals and shocking to see I ate all my tea, yummy pork roast with homemade mousse for afters, thought id spoil my boys, then spent family time watching despicable me
Ive drank more, got off my bum made dinner, done some chores and I am proud of myself
Dizziness still here but ive had a lot of stress this past month, im hoping it passes when I learn to chill more, tonight I feel a lot calmer and happier xxx

Sometimes we can only deal with one thing at a time & maybe its your eating that is first on the list , which you are doing so well with & with that you may feel less dizzy as without food that makes us dizzy as well as anxiety & you will have more strength & then you might start to feel like dealing with going out
But yes its a day at a time & today you have done brilliantly
