Deep breaths and tell your self it's just anxiety and that it WILL pass. If you have to walk out the the situation your in or go somewhere you feel better being and put your head in your knees and breath if you have to pace the room or count numbers in your head then do so. I always find that I have to obsessively shake my legs and tap my feet and pace rooms when I get like this. I try to seclude my self and deal with it on my own but if it gets to bad ill go a n e usually when that horrible fear feeling comes and they give me a paper bag and just knowing I'm in the presence of health professionals really helps. All the best I really hope you can tackle this and that its just a minor flare up due to stress. Xx
