i got my anxiety medication for 1 month when my medication runs out have to go to the docters again today i had one busy day not the best day as i was not feeling to good becouse of my anxiety just got home feeling tired

Oh , seems like the GP , was helpful :)

Remember these meds can & do work , but also can take several weeks & its usual that they ask you to go back to see how you are feeling , so fingers crossed :)

You will feel tired , its been an anxious few days for you , but you have done really well

Once you have got your young one to bed , try & put you feet up & relax if you can & feel proud of everything you have done :)
