Online cbt

This is the same information therapy gives you in cbt, I found it very helpful and easy to understand, especially if you cant get to therapy right now. Lots of advice and helped me understand why I feel this way and what keeps me feeling this way. Great motivators and plans on getting you back up and the way you used to be and feel.

I also have copy of the linden method, which doing it right at one point helped me achieve wonders, I started going on buses again, into town, long 5 mile walks, big supermarkets, school runs and most of all, I moved house, I just need to do it myself again now!!
