Bk to school

Daughter back to school today... She is anxious but feeling that she can get through it. We've just done some mindfulness breathing and now sitting having breakfast. I'm being strong for her... Just! I know she'll be ok , I need to tell myself to breathe and stop worrying! Hope you are all ok:)) Hugs xxx

Morning

Just had my eldest daughter on the phone , she doesnt suffer with anxiety , but her daughter has started Senior school today , she was fine , Mum was in tears as she is worried about her , so I think this is something most Mum's feel , if you suffer with anxiety or not , we just seem to think we have to be super human sometimes & not have these feelings

I am sure she will be fine to & I no it isnt easy , but try & not spend all day worrying , because when she walks through the door later , with a smile on her face , you will be thinking , why did I worry

Thank you whywhy I know she will be fine. She was calm when i dropped her off, I'm ok at the moment walking the dogs in a bit. Have a good day, hope your ok, speak later :)) Hugs x
