Just got to school really anxious

I’m just here outside sitting eating my yogurt fine one second now I’m anxious I don’t even know why I can’t pinpoint it exactly

I don’t even want to be around people today

I’m feeling really uneasy and tense on the inside don’t even want go to class today

I want my room and my bed

And curl in a ball and cry

For no reason!

Gonna try ! My hardest to make it a good day

Just saw your post. We're right here with you. Breathe deeply and exhale your anxiousness...You can feel relief no matter where you are, you don't need to be in bed, curled up in a ball and crying. You are safe, you are not alone. Breathe Danielle xx Talk to you after school. :)

Hi Danielle. How are you doing? I understand how your feeling, there's been tons of times I've felt that way. Try breathing exercises, it helps... Agora1 is right. I do it & it helps me focus & the anxiety mellows. Hugs 💛

It was very strange and overwhelming but I’m better

Anxiety is my normal. I just do me with the anxiety as best I can. Try not to let it stop you. The key to living with anxiety is living with the anxiety. The more you fight it the worse it fights back. Keep moving. Don’t give in to it. Have you gone to a doctor or therapist about it?
