Hi Danielle. How are you doing? I understand how your feeling, there's been tons of times I've felt that way. Try breathing exercises, it helps... Agora1 is right. I do it & it helps me focus & the anxiety mellows. Hugs 💛
Anxiety is my normal. I just do me with the anxiety as best I can. Try not to let it stop you. The key to living with anxiety is living with the anxiety. The more you fight it the worse it fights back. Keep moving. Don’t give in to it. Have you gone to a doctor or therapist about it?
