Sometimes pushing thro fear can be hard, It is only my opinion, but if you can accept fear as just another negative emotion and realise it is a visitor (although an unwelcome one) this stops the feeding of the emotion and it will be removed quicker..........difficult maybe but when i started viewing it this way it,s power diminished........be well
