So I stopped my meds and I feel better, I know it's not the answer and I still have anxiety but I could not even look after my children taking them. What am I to do!? GP is gonna love me tomorrow
I started my training for work today and it went ok, I hid it well. Couldn't concentrate at all though so when it comes to tests, I'm in shit street! Starting my shifts a week Monday and it's evening shifts, think it'll be a good thing.
Hope you have all had a really good Monday. Thanks to you all for the help so far xxx

Hi Loo
If you felt it was the right thing for you because the meds were making you feel that worse , well they dont always suite everybody & only if you wanted there are others you can try & other alternatives , so dont feel bad about it
Sometimes I get the feeling if you are not straight forward most Gp's dont seem very happy , if I get to see mine this week have a feeling mine wont be as I no my complaint isnt straight forward , i just have to remind myself they do get paid & dont have a bad life & if it wasnt for us needing to go they would be out of a job , sit there & think I help to pay your wages
Even though you are not feeling great well done with the training that takes some doing & looking after a family while dealing with this , you should be feeling proud of yourself
Love

Thanks whywhy really hope your problem gets sorted soon.
It maddens me because meds helped me so much a few years ago! Just wish I'd never stopped them ha.
You're so right in what you're saying about gp's. I feel like I'm being a burden but really speaking, that's what their there for. Xx
well done for getting through today. GP needs to try something different if this isnt working but hopefully having new job which you will hopefully enjoy will also help. good luckxxx
