Do I need a long term plan to get better?

My ever knowing husband has decided I need a long term plan to get better. I shouldn't be living day by day I should be looking at long term goals. I asked him if I was a business plan?

Its so frustrating though when people dont no how this gets us , yet seem to no whats best for us , yet never walked a mile in our shoes , bet if they did , they would soon give them back

Only thing I would suggest is not allowing him to plan whats best for you , it wont help & from my experience wont work

He sounds like my Dad talks to be honest

I think you need to live a day at a time

Hi the best way with anxiety is to take a day at a time. On a good day u may decide on the spot to walk down the shop, wen normally u wudnt even think to go down down as it may fill u with fear. I think with anxiety u have to take each day at a time and slowly u will be doing the things that once filled u with fear. Like whywhy said people that haven't walked in our shoes don't understand wat it feels like xxx
