I can understand that for some like you , it will be a comfort as once they have done this & I am sure everything will be ok , it will be one less worry for you

Taking it off this morning, anxiety a little heightened, I'm pretty sure it will show nothing but still at same time I'm anxious. At least I can get a little chemical help straight after when I take my meds

I'm a step closer to finding a therapist as well. Spoke to a really nice lady this evening, felt comfortable.

All done, recording was normal according to technician. One less thing to worry about but still so much

Thats good news , well done as well going through with it , you did fantastic

Believe them they will be right , more than their job is worth not to be

Hope this gives you peace of mind & you can start believing when you get a flutter etc its anxiety

So thats one crossed of your list , & slowly you will start to deal with the rest , one at a time
