How to sleep honestly.. My roommate wakes up super early and I wake up with her..and I'm just running on a three to four hour of sleep everyday.. I'm tired of this nad then I can't even sleep again cause I become so lonely and all and deppresed againAnd the. I think aloooot and my mood for all the day is just super anxious and deppresed. Like I don't even wanna get to my work at this point

Jump to repliesSorry to hear that. That's a tough situation. Would talking it out with your roommate enable you to come to some compromised solution.? Sleep pattern is a difficult but not impossible thing to adjust.
I think she can't do anything about it.. It's me being sensitive to noise
I last week just bought these pink noise sleep earbuds that really do work for covering noise. I was doubtful if they would work, but they really did. I woke up in a good mood too. I bought them on Amazon.
My roommate(wife) has that problem. I had to learn to keep things at a level she can tolerate. I don't know what causes it, but it's real. Music has to be mellow, low, and soothing. Action movies are out as the level can suddenly get too loud. When she is going to be in a loud environment, she sometimes wears sound dampener headphones. She gets irritable and stressed otherwise. Yet, she can sleep like a rock. Go figure. Maybe a discussion with a mental health professional could help??
