I'm now back on my anxiety medication, but got to have a medication review next week, I feel that everyday is getting difficult, if it wasn't for this site I don’t think I could cope, thanks to everyone.

I'm trying to keep busy to keep my anxiety low , how are you keeping?

I am sorry you are having a tough time. It will take some time for your medication to kick in. Hang in there. Better days are ahead. Take care

I hear you. Very thankful for this site. Reading the posts and knowing there is a place to reach out helps a lot. Some days are hopeless, other days are "almost okay". ❤️

I found that medication helped but did not resolve my anxiety issues. I suggest you check out the DARE Anxiety book and youtube videos about what anxiety really is and how to constructively deal with it, it helped me.
