I am a newbie here but, not to depression or anxiety, diagnosed over 40 years ago. Hopefully can chat with those who understand anxiety and depression. 😥

I’m brand new, too. Hope we can support each other. I’ve been so depressed since going off 20 mg Lexapro via 5 mg/week decrease. On day 10 at zero and it’s rough. In bed mostly. . .

I was on Venlafaxin and weaned myself off of it a few months ago, I know I shouldn’t have done it. But, I did it because my daughter went through serotonin syndrome and was hospitalized. This frightened me, so I stopped taking my medication. Well, here I am, in an anxiety/depression crisis.
