Bye bye Ativan

I have been taking Ativan for several years, addiction or routine i dunno ....but.

TODAY IS DAY 67 IN A ROW OF NO ATIVAN!

If anyone needs any help doing the same thing, I'm here for you.

Good for you! Getting off clonazepam was the best thing I have ever done. You got this!

I once not by choice had to go cold turkey off Klonopin. I thought that I was going to lose my mind. I take 1 MG of Klonopin to help me go to sleep. I’m allowed to take an extra half if I’m having an extremely anxious day. I have ADHD and meditation does not help me.

Yikes!! That's horrible. We need to remind people that's not the way to go

I tapered off of some of my dose very slowly and that was a nightmare!

I once stopped Paxil without tapering, i ended up missing 2 weeks of work & right back on the Paxil.

hi that’s great I am on 1 mg Ativan and 2 anti depressants but if I don’t take the Ativan I get depressed I need to get off it my doc put me on another medication but had to go back to Ativan how did u stop thx for sharing my name is Salti
