Thank you so much... I am here because I had a major panic attack 3 weeks ago and still trying to fully recover from it... I lost my appetite after it happened, I've lost 17 pounds in three weeks because of it, still trying to sleep... just trying to feel better and get my appetite back. It's been a rough three weeks...

Oh my goodness, I'm very sorry to read this. Do you have a support system at home?

Do you have medication?

You don't have to answer I'm just asking out of concern.

My boyfriend and I live together and he has been supportive... not taking any medication... taking ashwhaghanda and looking for other supplements

Are you doing any better? The symptoms are very concerning.

Are you trying protein? Shakes or high protein foods?

I'm very glad your boyfriend is supportive and that you are not alone. Hopefully this crisis will turn a corner soon.
