Medication Time 💊

Morning,

I started on some medication and also have a cold or something so I think I've a overlapping series of issues.

Sertraline is the med and so far I've gone through, diarrhoea, fatigue, restlessness, irregular body temperatures, mental fog, light headedness.

I have a persistent cough as well.

Today I almost laughed at myself, I did the washing up and some vacuuming and felt shattered so went to lay down. I wanted a drink so went to get one and it felt like wading through pea soup! I felt like one infirm old man.

I couldn't. Over faster and had to take keep step carefully.

Right now, I'm back in bed feeling very tired with freezing feet and very hot feeling in my upper body and head.

Maybe dry mouth ? Not sure.

What I can not work out is, which is meds, which is depression and which is sickness?

Anyone got stories from their times starting a medication ?

I can totally relate to this when starting an SSRI or SNRI.

All I could do, is just go with the flow and see what comes up next. And if it's all 3 things affecting you?! Wow.

Bed is a good place to be. I hope at some point you feel well and that Sertraline is helping you.
