This is my first post in here. I work 7.5-8 hours a week and I am enrolled in 2 classes that involve a lot of homework and looking at a screen (I’m doing online classes). I am also currently taking birth control as well (Junel Fe 1/20) and it is making me lose my mind because I am so emotional all the time and I am dealing with insomnia and it makes me exhausted all day. On to the point; today I hit the limit and I had an anxiety attack. I am just tired of being exhausted all the time and then to add so much homework and working and add all my stress, I can’t handle it all. I am burning out so much. Does anybody have any advice on what to do?
