Today has been a horrible day with flashbacks which all stemmed from a deep knife wound to my right hand, managed to bandage it all up but it brought back the darkest of times when I'd be alone by myself harming and suffering and looking back at that time in my life like it's crazy that bought me no pain as it was something I became so accustom to.
