I know it helps to Journal and to write down and post how you're feeling or what's happening inside of your head heart and body. But reading the experiences of other people makes me anxious. It's weird, but how can I be a service or help to someone else when I can't, keep myself from going into an anxious state when I listen to or read what they're going through. I join this group for some help and I think for people to talk to that have the same issues that I do severe anxiety and panic attacks, but how do I get that when I read , the postings and get anxious myself

Hello and Welcome. If it causes you too much anxiety to read the other posts, you do not have to read them. You can just post yourself and talk with people who reply. You can say in your post what is supportive and helpful and what causes more anxiety. People will try to be supportive and not trigger you.
i understand what you’re going through . I use to be the same way unable to hear about other ppl and what they were going through. But I learn to just focus on myself until I got through my anxiety or panic attacks .lets focus on just you and clearing your head space , if you like I can private message you instead that way you feel more at ease or try not to read some of the other post , someone is always here for you that’s what I love about this group
