I hear voices telling me to do things!

A voice is my head keeps giving me tasks to complete and I have to do it or he'll hurt me or my family. His name is the dark shadow. Is it possible to take out a restraining order on this man?

I wish! But the best course of action is seriously to make sure that you have some qualified people helping you wrangle that man into submission. It can be helpful to name him like you have, but those compulsions can become dangerous (speaking from some limited experience) even when they don't normally seem like something you would act on. Feel free to come to this space any time you need to voice those exchanges and get support. But we aren't exactly the most qualified lot.

i hear them telling me to do so many things on my to do list and in life. on top of my husbands voice telling me how absolutely horrible human being mother and wife i am. he’s not wrong at least many of his reasons are not. however , it’s not always what it seems people could see a picture of people crossing paths and it look like they are kissing from the angle to picture was taken but if you put the context together you will see that that was not the case. how do you explain that without having proof and you just always looking like the crazy one. But then who always looks like that’s not crazy😔
