I am like soft boiled egg. Hard on surface but so soft inside x. I wish I could be hard boiled egg and get through the days x

It's kind of funny, a few years ago I would have scoffed at a post like this. But now that I'm struggling as much as a I am now, these kind of reassurances really mean something to me. Maybe, one day I can be strong enough that I won't have to feel like this...

Or you might always feel like this forever....just.dont give up hope. Sometimes the win of the day is to merely survive that day to fight again tomorrow

Excuse me for complaining. But how much more do I have to go thru ? I received less than a 1% raise this year. I’m in a holding pattern re discussing the possibility of a larger raise ?? Until late September and the 2 other receptionists they have hired after me, R earning more money than me. And I have another part-time job on the weekends. Thank you for letting me vent.
