What actually happened with mom tonight

Instead of telling me "lock the doors like usual, a robber is out", she started telling me about her coworker having her daughter's mental illness paid for from the government and her grandmother looking after her while She is out with boyfriend and she putted in cameras to keep an eye on them while She is out with boyfriend on vacations so a robber is out". I got triggered and she started telling me how She is single and has nobody to take her in vacations and how im a problem by having emotions. She is mad i go outside to cry.I can't cry inside, she doesn't let me.And she's mad i told grandad. He called her. I was trying to watch a webinar and she got scared i was going to call him. And he promised to not tell her but has told her. Plus other "i should not speak then" and so. I had just came back from therapy and my therapist is leaving for the next two weeks and i paid just to talk about me moving out and she did that and then refused to let me move out
