stuck and clawing my way out

I've been dealing with something that sounds and feels like depression but is also so much deeper than that for as long as I can remember. This is my first time reaching out for help because I don't know how much longer I can try to fix it myself without reaching a point of no return (not to be dramatic). I'm absolutely petrified of asking for professional help for so many reasons but I don't even know if I'm the type of person that needs it or would benefit from it. I don't want to be an embarrassment anymore.

In my opinion..and I stress my opinion...you need it....keep fighting...you have nothing to lose by reaching out and saying I can't do this on my own I need help. Self care is vital....would also recommend journaling...help you collect your thoughts

Hi stargirl, mizzou is correct that there are times we need to reach out for professional

guidance. It's a way for the therapist to put you back on the right path again.

I wish you well dear. :) xx
