Hi: My name is Ching. I have been suffering with depression and anxiety since 2017. Between now and then my condition did get better that I stop taking the medication. But the sickness keep on coming back. My last episode (3rd time) started from May of 2023. Until now I am still suffering nervousness, scarring, depression everyday. I have been trying different medications but still no luck yet to find the right one. Is there any group chat that I can attend online with people have similar situation? Please advise.
