Account issues again...

Hello everyone,

I hope everyone is doing well, recently I made a post about how is anyone surviving basically and sadly I am not able to see the post or see anyone who responded and what they said because it locked me out of my account again. So I reached out and someone was able to help me change my password and now I am back on this account but all of my post and replies are gone even though it was just one post.

I want to thank everyone who did respond for the kind words and support. The post somehow got deleted because I couldn't get back into my account so I don't know what's going on but this will probably be my last time responding on here because it continues to keep locking me out. I really appreciate you all for being an amazing community but I can't take the anxiety having to log in and reset stuff all the time. We'll see how this post goes but if it happens again I'll have to keep resetting my password just to keep it logged in.

Also anytime I try to click on the likes or people who responded in my alerts it keeps saying " this post has been deleted" so if anyone else has been dealing with account issues and maybe can make this make sense I'd be happy to hear any suggestions

Hi

Is this a new user name?

If a post is deleted and you click on comment or like alert you will get that message.

Who did you communicate with? Maybe someone here can help you clear up some questions

Hi Dolphin14,

This is the username for my second account I recently used yesterday. I contacted the team from this site and they helped me get back into this account but I'm just afraid it's going to lock me out again and delete all of my post like they did for my first account which you actually commented on as well named "GuineaPigMunchi"

Who is the team? Do you mean admin?

I recognize the Guinea pig part but wasn't sure about the numbers. I couldn't remember if they were there before or not.

No the numbers weren't there before I couldn't use my old name because it kept saying the account was already in use. I went to the help section on this site, put in a request for a problem and thr people as mentioned on this site administrator, worker I don't know what exactly they call themselves answered. And was able to get me back into my account right now. So far I haven't had an issue yet but that's all I got so far

Sometimes there are glitches in the system. I wonder if that's what happened?

Yes maybe so I know it's happened 3 times so far but at least I was able to get back into this one I still can't get back into my other one

Yes just my first account is gone and the only thing they told me was that they couldn't find any information on that account but my Gmail is still linked to it but it just doesn't exist. But honestly it's okay I mean there's not much I can do about my first account because it's gone I can only use this one for right now and I guess staying active on it right now has been keeping it from locking I guess I don't know could be a glitch like you said but at this point it's not really much I can do since I've already been contacting them and this is the only one active.

I did yesterday when I was talking with you about the problems I had faced yesterday. But I haven't had any problems today. I can probably try one more time to get my old account back but if not it's okay and as far as this one goes it's been working for now so I haven't had to reach out yet. But thank you so much! ☺️
