have been on 100mg Sertraline for many years and been absolutely fine had a health scare and it knocked me for 6 my gp is trying to up my serttaline to 150mg I thought this was a bit jump I tried but couldn't cope so went down to 125 this has been around 12 weeks now and still not managing I am horrendous through the day but can feel more like myself in the evening. I wasn't sleeping so gp gave me 10mg amitriptaline which was helping but this last few days I am again struggling with sleep. Any advice

My doctor has me on trazodone. It does work and it does help me. I am on 50mg of it, but on nights I know that have been rough and I have nothing the next day I take two. This is just an option.
