Proponolol and mirtazapine

Im again very bad from anxiety i have been with mirtazapine 15mg and this help me lots they prescript propornolol 40mg for during the day but im scared to take i think is too much 40mg i have anemia as well im taking ferrous sulfate 200mg in alternat days because i feel unwell with this and im taking cyanocobalimin 50mc i hate to feel unwell i feel desesperate i live only with my son far away from family i feel nausea right now dizzy i dont know what to think

Have you discussed your concerns with your doctor?Maybe some reassurance would be helpful?

Are you staying hydrated and eating properly?

Hydrated yes eating is very difficult when im this way but i do an effort everyday
