Upped my dose from 15mg to 22.5mg as going through a bit of an emotional few days. First night last night taking a higher dose. Slept fine, but I feel sick as a dog this morning. Hoping its a side effect to increased dose.

Didnt have this side effect when first started, i had increased appetite and dry mouth. Id rather have that than nausea.

Me being sick is one of my horrible triggers for my anxiety, hoping it passes asap.

Health problems, especially nausea, are my biggest health triggers too. I hope it passes quickly for you. :(

I think that’s a good idea. Maybe find other ways of coping?

I’ve been somewhat dizzy/headachy the past few days. Curious to see what my psychiatrist will say on Monday but I also have a bunch of physical therapy appts set up so something’s gotta help eventually! Just trying hard to stay positive.
