Sarcasm

I have coworker who is constantly sarcastic when I ask him a question or try to have a conversation with him. I tried asking him how come he is sarcastic and explaining how it bothers me at times. He ended up telling me I’m being dramatic. I feel really upset by this and don’t know how to proceed or face him at work.

Is there a code of conduct at the organization you work for? If so, do you feel comfortable discussing the conflict with your upline?

Sounds like someone who can't/doesn't deal well with their own shit and can only engage with said shit by externalizing it: ie- being sarcastic at all times, telling others they're being dramatic.
