health anxiety

hey folks,

I experience a lot of health anxiety, debilitating in fact.

it's triggered by past experience when I was in actual danger due to drug use.

now, when I feel symptoms I get into fight or flight, and when I take medicine it can trigger this if I feel symptoms arise.

not sure if this place has a lot of health anxiety folks, but I really need support and to feel safe and like I can live.
