Inner child work is what has helped me the most with my toxic family of origin.

One of the best things you can do Key is focus on you and empowering yourself and your acceptance of anxiety and depression in order to get strong. Learn some tools to deal with the anxiety through meditation or mindfulness deep breathing and journaling and addressing the struggle. Then you can deal with the toxic relatives without being affected by them. Check out the late Dr Weekes work Hope and Help for your nerves. Also check out deep breathing exercises and positive affirmation you can do with it like inhale I am and exhale strong. And come up with a few that apply to you. 🙏🏻
