All my life i have struggled with my sleep, its rubbish, however sorting through my medicine cabinet which is full or lotions and potions😱 there hiding away i spied a bottle of Valarian Root Complex 2400mg and thought i will give it a go, and sure enough i have slept better than i ever have, coupled with my Mirtazapine 15ml its worked amazingly well, whether it will continue to work only time will tell. But desperate times need desperate measures.😁

Sleep and lack of....
Wednesday night I was working the 3.30 to 8 shift at work which I enjoyed as it isn't as hectic as the 8 to 3.30 one and then worked yesterday 8 to 5pm and Wednesday night I had trouble dropping off as I didn't get back until 8.45pm so I had a light snack for dinner and some horlicks which I found helpful.
This afternoon I am working 3 30 until 8pm and good news I am off tomorrow and Sunday back there Monday doing 8/1 and then 3 30 to 8pm, Tuesday and Wednesday I am off again and then 8/1 and 3.30 to 8 on Thursday and 8/8 next Friday.
hey my friend, i hope you are enjoying your new job, obviously a bit stressful i imagine, but good for you, oh, and i to am a Horlicks drinker, love it.
I find Horlicks is nice and comforting myself and helps me relax!
The job is rewarding but the mornings as at all places can get busy and hectic though!
She said that between 1 and 3 30 I am free to go off the premises say like down to the shops or have a sleep in one of the spare bedrooms like one of the other girls did yesterday afternoon.
The deputy manager said to me how you don't have to ask if you can have cups of tea there you just help yourself like you do at home and you get given lunch there as well when you do 8 to 3.30pm and don't have to bring your own in if you don't want to!
How's the dogs? The manager at the home has 3 large dogs and a little boy at home!
Good news she has put me to be off for Babys 20th birthday party all day a week on Saturday!
Morning , that’s great news,! I take valerian and chamomile every night which helps me too👍
A brief post, but very informative. You learn something new every day. If the photos on Wikipedia are anything to go by, there is masses of this in my neighborhood. Had no idea it represented anything other than a weed.
