Pain is the body's way of warning us about a possible illness or injury. Mostly it's innocent and minor, but sometimes it is saying to you 'Get this checked out!'

We were designed at birth genetically to wear out. Trauma makes the process worse.Our brains were't designed for modern life.

I know mine was mostly due to on going trauma. Sometimes it is an event or many events we went through and sometimes it is just our brain. I know this is a simplistic answer to something so complicated. It sucks. I know.

Our bodies store every trauma we've ever experienced whether physical, mental & spiritual(which encompasses more than religion). and then it resurfaces at the least expected time.
