NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness has both in person and on line support groups. Their website is nami.org. We may not be on zoom, but this is a great place to connect with people who understand. This is a very active site with people here day and night.

LivewellFoundation.com has weekly zoom meetings/support groups. I was on there before and they are really helpful. Very organized, great moderators. I've recommended them to others who have been satisfied with them. I highly recommend them! Just need to register with them so they can send you the zoom link; no cost.
