Hi I'm new
Welcome to the community
This is a great place for extra support.
Continue to work through your feelings with your therapist. It's a long process to healing but you can do this

Howdy and welcome Bubble. I am so sorry that you have been through that and are feeling down. Many of us here have been there. I always recommend therapy and the book "Feeling Great" by David Burns and the Feeling Good podcast. Remember that you have worth just being and it is often a great victory to make it through another day. I wish you peace, hope, and strength. ☮️
Hello and Welcome. I hope that being here with others who understand helps you as much as it has helped me. You are not alone.
Welcome. This group is a great place to get support and good advice/tips. I hope you start to feel better soon.
Hi Bubble☺️ I’m new here as well. In fact, this is my first post. I wanted to reach out to you bc I can totally relate to the frustration , anger, irritability and depression that you expressed in your short post. Have you been diagnosed with any autoimmune disorders? I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis along with chronic fatigue syndrome and a pretty long list of other chronic conditions. You mentioned feeling so tired. I am by no means a health care professional but I wanted to message you with a couple of suggestions based on my personal experiences with poor health (mental and physical) over the last 17 years.
My story is a VERY LONG one so I will do my best just to make a couple of points without a whole lot of “back story.” That being said, I am more than willing to share my experiences with you if you would like to ask me any questions or just vent if you want to.
In my case, severe anxiety and depression were brought on due to my autoimmune conditions. Sometimes I just lay in bed for days (quite literally) and stare at the wall. I’m too aggravated, moody and uninterested in ANYTHING. I don’t even turn on the TV. So I truly get it. Here are a few things that I have just recently discovered which are very slowly (but consistently) improving my mental state: ** I got an app called “I Am.” It automatically sends positive affirmations to your Home Screen throughout the day based on several different categories that you can choose from (I.e. “anxiety,” “grief,” “depression,” “Faith,” “self esteem,” etc) You have the ability to customize everything very easily. **Got an app called “Moonlight.” You can track how you feel, emotions behind that feeling and it gives you REALLY (and surprisingly) helpful advice. **Meditation ** The occasional 60-90 minute professional massage **Yoga/Pilates. *****And MOST IMPORTANTLY, prayer 🙏🏼 and a close relationship with God.
I hope I didn’t bore you to death and my apologies for going on and on… I hope you found something useful but if nothing else, please know and remember that you ARE understood and some of us are walking in your shoes at this very moment.
I’ll pray for you
Welcome to this great platform
welcome Bubble32! always come here to talk, vent, and share
Welcome to this group. People here are great and very supportive. What kind of support do you have - family, friends, therapist, doctor? I hope you find the help you need.
I understand your feelings. Since this depression period, I feel tired and lost and have no motivation, sad, lonely. I have admitted myself to 2 psych wards, because of being suicidal. I take pills for depression and go to a program 5 days a week for depression. I suffer from major depression.Life has been mean to me.i hope you get relief.
