I cry all morning feel better in afternoon

On meds don’t know what to do to get mornings to settle CBT DBT I’ve tried but I know I don’t practice enough.

my husband had his 2nd stroke I’m alone have 2 wonderful daughters. I miss him desperately I visit every day he is in rehab

I'm so sorry you are not doing well.

What does your Dr say about the morning issue? Is there any way to juggle your meds?

Will your husband be coming home from rehab soon? This is a big issue contributing to the way you are feeling
