therapy could help tremendously. i just started going this past week & it felt so good to get all of those things out of my mind to someone that didn’t even know me. i suffer from harm ocd. it’s so so scary & im so sorry you deal with it too. i’m also on medication for anxiety, ocd, depression, & panic attacks. i’m not sure how you feel about meds but maybe they could help? sending you love ❤️
i am now open to medication and any form of relief It makes me feel like Ima ruin my life
