is anybody awake that can talk? I’m really anxious my heart is thumping out of my chest and I keep getting warm sensations all over my body. I keep worrying I’m going to go into psychosis it’s just huge fear of mine and I have depersonalization and realization a lot

I feel like I just had a huge panic attack but I’m starting to calm down a little… my anxiety has been really bad lately. :’(

I am good. It is 12:16 am. I won't be up too much longer. What time is it where you are?

It’s 11:17 here. But hopefully same, I have work tomorrow morning and my eyes are really heavy.
