Diaphragmatic Breathing is a powerful tool.

I use it all the time. Great technique in reducing pain.

I use it to calm my mind and compose my thoughts...so i don't step off in to the track of the oncoming train

I tend to hypervenalate a lot. I have to catch myself and start breathing slow and deep. Thanks for the link.

Yes I breathe shallow or quickly and waiting between while inhaling and exhaling good technique but what I really liked was putting hand on abdomen and breathing - it really helps
