Hi! Yeah I took that during one of our first times out into nature since the virus began. It will get worse before better but we still have these things-nature, hope, conversations, love, beauty, miracles , faith...our positive outlook...
I cant get breathing techniques to work for me, especially in early hours when I wake & get stressed. I was told to to try a 4/7/8 timing method. Any other ideas? One thing that does help is Whispering Radio Station on my Google home speaker. It is solo piano which I find relaxing for a time. It is on line as solopianoradio.com
The piano that you find to help, that’s great. I would also recommend meditations... I like Tara Brach guided meditations. Also some kind of exercise ; it can be walking in nature, I find it helps.
