feeling Weird

lately I’ve been off as most of you may know. I’m on 30mg of fluox and 2mg of Xanax it helps but. It as much as I would like for it too. I get dizzy feel derealization and Dizzy at times. I know it’s all anxiety I’ve been dealing with it for almost 15yrs and I hate it so Much. Don’t get me wrong I have my good and my bad days. But I just want this feeling to brush off! I keep my self occupied I’m a stay at home Mother so I clean and organize even Rearrange my house a few times just to have “change” I’m so tired of waking up feeling like I’m not myself! I know I’m not alone but I’m so scared I’ll die from a heart attack from all the stress I’m putting myself through! 😭😭😞

Sometimes our medication is the culprit. Run it by your doctor and see what
